Landscaping Crew
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty of our clients' landscapes through various tasks including mowing, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and tree care.
Duties:
- Perform mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain lawns
- Assist in building and maintaining landscapes, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Conduct groundskeeping duties such as weeding, mulching, and debris removal
- Assist with hardscape projects such as installing walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Provide lawn care services including fertilizing, aerating, and seeding
- Support tree care by pruning, trimming, and removing trees as needed
- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to operate and maintain various power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
